説　　明 WinIE5以降だけ別のスタイルシートファイルを読み込ませるにはコメントを使って分岐させます。
<!--[if IE]>と<![endif]-->の間にIEで読み込ませたいスタイルシートファイルを指定します。<style>タグで囲んで指定することもできます。
